5-Amino-1MQ (also known as 5-amino-1-methylquinolinium) is a performance-enhancing peptide studied for its effects on fat loss, weight loss, metabolic health. 5-Amino-1MQ is an oral NNMT inhibitor studied in rodents for fat loss and raising NAD+. No human trials; prohibited by WADA under class S0.

5-Amino-1MQ is an orally bioavailable small-molecule inhibitor of nicotinamide N-methyltransferase (NNMT), the enzyme that consumes nicotinamide and S-adenosyl methionine to produce 1-methylnicotinamide.
